Decent Stay with a Few Hiccups
convenient location quick walk organized room uninviting staff basic explanation shower power
The location proved convenient for exploring. It was just a quick walk to the station. The staff were really kind and helpful. I liked that the room was well organized.
They did the bare minimum. I was not told about hotel features. The shower also lacked power.

underwhelming stay, some issues
damp smell limited complimentary items
the location was convenient for getting around, i will admit.
My room faced some office buildings. I thought i had booked a city view room. also, the so-called complimentary items were odd. Just a bottle of tap water, tea, coffee and one biscuit. plus, there was a strange damp smell , made it less than amazing

SUPERB stay near Tower Bridge
clean room great service luggage storage early check-in
i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. my city king room was clean. the staff provided great service by storing my luggage. i greatly appreciated the early check-in, and i did not even request it.
the sunday bar scene in the immediate area was limited, since many places were closed.

the hotel is very near tower hill underground station , tower of london , tower bridge , and fenchurch street station. this makes it super convenient for exploring nearby attractions and accessing transportation hubs.

the hotel features a contemporary bar area and a lovely restaurant. my room had a separate bath and shower , it also included all necessary amenities plus a little extra. the fast room service delivered hot food quickly.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful , especially at reception. the team was accommodating with storing luggage, and the front desk handled my early check-in perfectly. their vip treatment was unexpected and appreciated.

a romantic getaway
stocked room generous breakfast caring staff short walk
The beautiful rooms were spacious and well stocked, even had a rubber duck! the restaurant's included breakfast was generous and delicious. I especially liked the fresh pastries! all of the staff seemed to care sincerely and wanted to help. They remembered our names after only one encounter. the hotel location allowed a short walk to the tube and tower bridge.
The lift to the front desk was out of service, so we had to carry luggage up some stairs. It stayed broken .

Our beautiful king room featured a separate shower and bath. Good, soft towels were also available. the room was clean, well stocked with complimentary snacks, and had a comfortable bed! direct sunlight streamed in during the morning.

The hotel location was close to tower hill underground station and tower bridge. Fenchurch street station was also nearby. many shops are in the area and easy to access! the surrounding street was quiet and modern.

excellent stay near tower hill
tower hill station quiet room helpful staff superb location
the location was superb. i found tower hill station very accessible. the room was super clean, i also got a quiet room, really helpful (the hotel is placed in a quiet street!). the staff were really helpful when i needed some assistance.
i thought the minibar stock could have been slightly better.

The beautiful king room included a spacious layout and modern amenities. a large bathroom included both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. Toiletries were replenished daily .

The in-house restaurant offered a varied menu with several options. breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. The staff was attentive. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries (the croissants were my favourite!).
